Four Bin Feeder:

Cold aggregate feeder is made from M.S. Plates and mounted on robust chasis. Each bin has independent conveyor belt and is driven by syncronised variable speed D.C. Motor coupled with hollow shaft gear box for feeding aggregate at a uniform and predetermined rate through a precision adjustable bin quadrant gate. A continuous type electrical belt weigher (Load Cell) is mounted on gathering conveyor for weighing the aggregate fed into drum which gives to bitumen pump for propotional supply of bitumen. The gathering conveyor is driven by A.C. motor coupled with reduction gear box.
